Bible
Maths
This gives your child a sensorial experience of the language of mathematics that can be built upon his/her entire life. We are helping them to develop their mathematical minds by providing rich, hands-on experiences with the mathematics materials.
Language
We follow the Montessori approach to writing before reading. This is the BEST way for a child to learn to write and read, and it is so much fun! The letter sounds are introduced in groups, using games.
Sensorial
The aim is to teach children to: learn to observe, compare, and contrast; Classify and organize object; learn to develop perspective and critical thinking; enhance their fine and gross motor skills; learn to think cognitively and; learn to make judgments and solve problems.
Practical Life
We expose the children to a large variety of hands-on experiences, appropriate to their age and developmental level. Our developmental learning focuses on literacy, numeracy, and social skills, with extracurricular activities such as music, art, gardening, cooking & bakery, and physical activities.
Colors/Shapes/Art
At Rabboni Christian Learning Center, as per Montessori curriculum, children use metal shape insets to learn shapes, prepare for writing, and explore geometry. Monthly, we focus on a color for the color box and create art booklets showcasing inset designs and color work.
