Philosophy and Curriculum
We believe that every child is a unique creation of God and deserves an environment that nurtures their development through faith, play and learning.
Rabboni Christian Learning Center’s “Raising Kingdom Warriors Montessori Christian Curriculum” is a complete program for children in preschool and kindergarten.
The Montessori plus Bible education looks different than a traditional preschool or kindergarten, and it looks different from a Montessori school.
The curriculum includes prayer, worship, moral teachings/Christian values, Bible stories, sensory Bible devotionals, Montessori-inspired Bible learning trays, as well as Montessori lessons in: beginning phonics, handwriting preparation, math, sensorial, shapes, and colors and art. Other lessons such as Practical Life, Science, Geography, and History are woven into our Bible lessons.
Our teachers serve as role models to the children, as well as their families. They guide the children to express their thoughts and feelings in a positive, productive manner, including the use of prayer. The teachers also create a nurturing environment which encourages active learning and provides activities which nourishes the children’s cognitive, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and social/emotional growth.
